The VALUED Program discovers, trains and showcases skills in arts, technology, sports and leadership — giving young people the confidence, tools and stages to impact the world.
Valued Education, a proud initiative of Light Center in Kabuga, Kigali, Rwanda, was launched over two years ago to empower the next generation through innovative, child-centered learning. We started as a small community program and have grown into a vibrant hub for over 300 children, offering a variety of weekly programs in academics, arts, sports, and life skills.
Valued is more than a place to learn; it’s a place to make friends and feel a sense of belonging and support.
From academic skills to character building, we focus on helping kids develop into well-rounded, confident individuals.
