Government — Intore Mu Biruhuko

We collaborated with the Ministry to deliver cultural and youth engagement programs reaching thousands. Roles included program design, on-ground logistics, and youth talent showcases.

Intore Mu Biruhuko — National Cultural Collaboration

Our partnership with government agencies focused on youth outreach through cultural festivals. We supported selection, training, and staging for hundreds of youth performers; produced logistics, safety, and mentorship plans; and ran public-facing campaigns that amplified participation.

  • Reach: 12,000+ attendees across 6 provinces
  • Activities: talent showcases, mentorship circles, capacity workshops
  • Outcome: 120 youth selected for regional artist development cohorts

Competitions — Discovering Young Talent

We designed regional to national competitions focusing on fairness, coaching, and stage experience. Events included tech hackathons for kids, arts showcases, and sports tournaments with community engagement.

  • Participants: 8,400 children (ages 7–18)
  • Disciplines: coding, robotics, music, dance, athletics
  • Support: judges, mentorship, prizes, follow-up pathways

Campus Workshops — Building Skills & Leadership

We ran hybrid workshops (in-person + online) covering storytelling, technical skills, leadership, and portfolio development. Workshops were co-facilitated with industry partners and local universities.

  • Format: weekend intensive, semester modules, mentorship track
  • Trainers: industry experts, alumni mentors
  • Result: participant portfolio growth and internship placements

Connect & Cheers is our monthly event that brings people together to celebrate creativity, enjoy football matches, watch movies, and discover CAS talents. It’s a night of fun, energy, and community where everyone is welcome!
